Includes use of sanctuary, chairs, restrooms & stage only. Set up and take down may be required depending on contract agreement with management.

Weekday hourly rates:

$10 for non-profit groups

$20 for private rentals

$30 for commercial rentals

There is a 2 hour minimum rental on weekdays unless otherwise noted on the rental agreement.

Friday and Saturday hourly rates:

$30 for non-profit groups

$60 for private groups

$90 for commercial rentals

There is a 3 hour minimum on Fridays and a 5 hour minimum on Saturdays unless otherwise noted on the rental agreement.

Sunday hourly rates:

Damage Deposit/Cancellation

    •   $200.00 Damage Deposit Required -- to be refunded once property is inspected and found to be in good condition. A two week advance cancellation notice is required or a $50 fee will be kept from the deposit.

Cleaning Fee

    • $100.00 non refundable fee in addition to other rental costs.
