About the Studio
The Studio is designed as a community-focused workshop for playwrights at all levels of experience. Our goal is to provide a supportive, structured environment to develop new theatrical scripts through:
- Guided Craft Development: Insights and exercises to help strengthen your storytelling.
- Table Reads: Hearing your words spoken aloud by fellow artists.
- Structured Peer Feedback: Constructive dialogue focused on helping you reach your specific goals for your script.
Meeting Schedule
The Studio operates in five-month cycles to allow for consistent growth and momentum. Meetings will take place once a month at Love Street Playhouse. The next cycle starts:
- When: January 29th, 2026 [and then the last Thursday of every month until May]
- Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
- Where: Love Street Playhouse
